Hi. Your original post was quite a while back. I was curious about your issue resolution. I too take Adderall XR & IR. My main necessity is my 30mg Adderall XR, that I take when I wake. (I am salaried retail & sometimes have to flip flop between day shift & 3rd shift). It lasts 10-12 hours. However, my work shifts often run 13+ hours.
