5/27/2015· Hi Andrew. I'm familiar with 3-in-1 oil (in fact I've been using some today with an oil stone to sharpen a chisel). Yes, it's a thicker and heavier oil than we would tend to use in a glass cutter so your suggestion to thin it with white spirit may be a useful comment to help other glass workers.
